Run out of sessions?
Auto-overage is on by default. If you go past your monthly cap, extra sessions are billed automatically at $3–$5 each (depending on plan) — your customer calls never break mid-flow. You'll get an email at 80% and 100% of your cap.
Prefer a hard limit? Flip the switch to hard stop in workspace settings and Hudson will pause new sessions once you hit the cap until you upgrade.
